We take our commitments seriously. This isn’t marketing fluff — these are the specific, enforceable promises we make to every client we work with.
1. Fixed price, no surprise invoices
Every project comes with a written proposal showing exactly what’s included and exactly what it costs. If we scope something wrong, that’s our problem to solve — not an excuse for a change-order invoice. The only time your price changes is if you request additional work, which we quote separately before starting.
2. On-time delivery
Our written proposal includes a specific launch date. If we miss that date due to our own delays (not yours), we extend your free support period by one week for every week we’re late. Simple.
3. 30 days free post-launch support
For the first 30 days after launch, we fix any bug, address any issue, and answer any question at no extra cost. Beyond that, you can choose an ongoing retainer or pay as needed.
4. Your code is yours
All source code, design files, and content we produce belong to you. We deliver full project files on launch. No vendor lock-in, no ransom scenarios. If you ever decide to work with someone else, everything transfers cleanly.
5. 24-hour response SLA
We respond to every client message within 24 business hours. If you don’t hear back within that window, call us on WhatsApp — something has gone wrong and we want to know about it.
6. Honest recommendations
We will tell you when you don’t need what you’re asking for. If a simpler, cheaper solution will get you the outcome you want, we’ll recommend it — even if it means a smaller project for us. Building long-term relationships matters more than one-off invoices.
7. Security & privacy
Your data, your client data, and any credentials you share with us are treated as confidential. We use encrypted connections, secure password management, and never share your information with third parties.
What we won’t do
- We won’t lock you into proprietary systems you can’t leave
- We won’t use dark patterns, hidden fees, or auto-renewal traps
- We won’t sell your data, client lists, or project details to anyone
- We won’t ghost you after launch
- We won’t charge for honest advice or rough quotes
