Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern use of our website and services.

Effective date: 1 January 2026

By using jometechafrica.com or engaging JomeTech Africa’s services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

JomeTech Africa is a registered Zimbabwean business providing web development, software development, hosting, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and related technology services.

2. Service engagements

Every paid engagement with JomeTech Africa is governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement that specifies scope, price, timeline, and deliverables. These Terms apply in addition to and do not override the specific terms of your service agreement.

3. Payment

  • All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise
  • Projects require a 50% deposit to commence work
  • Remaining balance is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments (30+ days) may incur a 2% monthly service charge
  • We accept EcoCash, Paynow, bank transfer, and (for international clients) Wise/Stripe

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own all source code, design files, and content we create specifically for your project. JomeTech Africa retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all non-public information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose your business details to third parties without your consent.

6. Warranties

We deliver 30 days of free bug fixes and support after project launch. Beyond this, continued support requires a separate retainer agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific project in question, unless otherwise required by Zimbabwean law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project for cause with 14 days’ written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be resolved in Zimbabwean courts.
